Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. LarpTube responds to complete copyright notices and may remove or restrict reported material while a claim is reviewed.
LarpTube maintains a policy of terminating or restricting repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and does not intentionally interfere with standard technical measures used to protect copyrighted works.
Copyright notice requirements
- Identify the copyrighted work.
- Identify the LarpTube material and provide the exact URL.
- Provide your name, contact information, and electronic or physical signature.
- State that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
A user whose material was removed may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consenting to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction, and providing a signature and contact information. LarpTube may restore material when legally permitted.
False claims
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice can create liability. LarpTube may preserve and disclose notices when required by law.
