Your account and conduct

• Use accurate signup information and keep your password secure.
• Do not evade suspensions, signup limits, safety systems, payment limits, or account restrictions.
• Do not upload illegal, sexually exploitative, graphic, hateful, harassing, deceptive, dangerous, spammy, malicious, or stolen material.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant LarpTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, compress, display, distribute, promote, and make technical copies of that content only as needed to operate and improve LarpTube. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every video, thumbnail, audio track, title, description, and comment you submit.

Automated systems and AI disclosure

LarpTube uses automated and machine-learning-assisted tools for file-security checks, nudity or violence screening, spam prevention, recommendations, and media processing. These tools can make mistakes. They assist moderation and do not guarantee that content is safe, lawful, original, or correctly classified. Contact LarpTube to appeal a material moderation error.

LarpTube Red recurring billing

LarpTube Red is a recurring monthly subscription unless the checkout page says otherwise. The price and renewal interval are shown before purchase. Red renews until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for time already provided, except where law requires otherwise.

Moderation and termination

LarpTube may hold, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms. A repeat-copyright-infringer policy applies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarpTube is provided “as is” and “as available.” LarpTube disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, creator income, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Before filing a formal claim, you and LarpTube agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by emailing the Contact address. Except for qualifying small-claims matters, intellectual-property injunctions, or claims that law says cannot be arbitrated, disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules rather than a judge or jury. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after accepting these Terms by emailing the Contact address with your username, account email, and a clear arbitration opt-out request.

Governing law and changes

Florida law governs to the extent it is not preempted by federal law and without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Material updates will be dated and presented for acceptance when appropriate.
